Brother do you know what true neutral means

[–] [email protected] 6 points 4 months ago

I disagree with most of these but that one most of all.

[–] [email protected] 31 points 4 months ago (5 children)

kleenex is too good, should be replaced for sandpaper

[–] [email protected] 19 points 4 months ago (1 children)

There is exactly 1 sheet in the box

[–] [email protected] 13 points 4 months ago

It's not just the discomfort it causes to the user, it's how high quality, non-dissolving paper fucks the sewer system for everyone.

I’ve had friends that used coffee filters because they forgot to buy TP :/

[–] [email protected] 25 points 4 months ago (2 children)

Chaotic evil would be a box of socks. Will it clog the toilet? Will it be effective? Will any even be used? Who cares, it's not my problem.

Either I'm the luckiest person ever or this isn't as universal as everyone always makes it out to be. My house was always a multi-cat household growing up and I've got one cat of my own now. In total I've lived with 8 cats and my parents have had another 3 come in since I moved out. We have always aligned the toilet paper over and not once that I'm aware of did our cats ever unroll it.

[–] [email protected] 4 points 4 months ago

Yeah same. I've had about 7 cats in my life so far (all long cozy lives from rescue kitten to old kittens). The first one tried it a little as a kitten then fell in the toilet and that fixed it. None of the others did

[–] [email protected] 3 points 4 months ago (1 children)

Ive had 2 as a child and 4 as an adult. Only one of them has a penchant for it. He will go for it every opportunity he gets. It is dependent on personality, but flipping the TP around is a deterrent. In the bathroom he has access to I keep it in a cabinet.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 4 months ago

Yeah, all it takes is one cat who goes for it and you'd have to adjust. I just don't believe it's super common the way common wisdom on the internet suggests.

I also think the amount of other enrichment your cats get can deter this sort of "naughty" behavior. I see that as them trying to find something fun to do. If they have other outlets I would hypothesize they'd be less inclined towards this.

Chaotic evil needs to be flushable wet wipes

[–] [email protected] 12 points 4 months ago

"Flushable"

[–] [email protected] 2 points 4 months ago

Lawful evil are a pair of clams

[–] [email protected] 9 points 4 months ago (1 children)

Lawful good is chaotic good with a full roll already on. Neutral good stays the same. Chaotic good is a full roll on and lots of not yet empty rolls on the cupboard.

Lawful neutral stays the same. True neutral is with the roll the wrong way around. Chaotic Neutral can stay.

Lawful evil is Kleenex. Neutral Evil is just an empty roll with the text: "Just use the cardboard." Chaotic evil is either sandpaper or just a burning roll.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 4 months ago (1 children)

LE should be an empty roll with a magazine or newspaper on the shelf. NE should be empty. CE should be a roll of duct tape.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 4 months ago

I think LE should be 3 squares left. Technically not empty so no replacement, but definitely not enough.

[–] [email protected] 7 points 4 months ago (1 children)

I am very much "lawful good" to "lawful neutral" in general, but when I'm fostering kittens, the TP has to go in the cabinet above the toilet. Where does that land?

[–] [email protected] 5 points 4 months ago

Kittens truly bring out the evil in all of us

[–] [email protected] 7 points 4 months ago (1 children)

This is me. Also that is a cupboard, not inside the bathroom.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 4 months ago (1 children)

There just wasn't a good place in my bathroom to put a bog roll holder. It would have had to be by my shoulder which is awkward to grab. It lives on the windowsill now.

I need flushable and non-flushable wet wipes on this.

Edit: I did not know that in some parts of the world "flushable wet wipes" and "wet toilet paper" are not synonymous and learned that e.g. the USA has a problem with companies being allowed to advertise their wet wipes as "flushable" not because it is okay to flush them but because one is able to.

[–] [email protected] 18 points 4 months ago (3 children)

It's not recommended to flush any wet wipes and companies that put flushable get away with it because you physically can flush the product

[–] [email protected] 2 points 4 months ago

I can flush 'em. God knows how fast the septic tank would fill up though.

So I have to keep my tp under the bathroom sink so my cat doesn't shred it. Where does that fit in this chart?

[–] [email protected] 5 points 4 months ago

That's the actual true neutral. You're a druid.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 4 months ago (2 children)

I would swap lawful good and neutral good honestly. Neutral good technically has more toilet paper available, and you can't always expect the roll in the holder to be brand new.

[–] [email protected] 6 points 4 months ago

Its not just about quantity but effort too.

  • Lawful good has of a full roll on the spindle with no backup is technically the minimum good. No points deducted for that, but no points earned.
  • Neutral good still has a partial roll on the spindle, but they also went to the extra effort to provide an additional backup roll. Extra points for extra effort of supplying an additional roll when they didn't have to.

Where does a washlet or a bidet enter into this?

TIL my wife is chaotic good with TP.

[–] [email protected] 4 points 4 months ago* (last edited 4 months ago)

When you have a cat lawful evil really helps with "finding out the mf had a lot of fun during the night and completely destroyed this brand new roll"

[–] [email protected] 4 points 4 months ago (1 children)

Napkins. Or kitchen towels!

[–] [email protected] 3 points 4 months ago

Chaotic Evil is a roll of kitchen towels cut in half with a bread knife.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 4 months ago

There's only one evil in this picture.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 4 months ago

I'm printing this out. I have for young adults who can't grab the concept, but they understand D&D

[–] [email protected] 3 points 4 months ago

What if I'm lawful+chaotic good (hoarder)

[–] [email protected] 3 points 4 months ago

Done almost all of these atleast once

[–] [email protected] 3 points 4 months ago

Chaotic good. Huh. Never would have guessed.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 4 months ago

TIL: most cat households are lawful evil.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 4 months ago
[–] [email protected] 2 points 4 months ago (1 children)

Our cat is a freak of nature who has never once tried to unroll the toilet paper, but we’re still a lawful evil house just in case.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 4 months ago

He's smarter than you think. He just re-rolls it when he's done.
