I feel this map is purposely leaving out Ontario which has about as many measles cases per capita having 3x the amount of cases as Alberta

Well Ontario is not western Canada as this map is titled but your point is taken.

Actually, I'm not sure Manitoba or Saskatchewan are western Canada either.
