Nah, cosmetic surgeons exist, and they aren't inherently violating professional ethics. Tattooing would be the same kind of elective procedure as breast implants or facelifts.
Also, the Hippocratic oath isn't what people think it is, nor is it even done on a wide basis at this point as an actual oath.
