Thing is, I like the taste of Alcohol, but I no longer like how it makes me feel.
Tipsy is fun, but rapidly degenerates into a headache.
Weed doesn't make me feel shit. But it just puts my wife to sleep.
Alcohol for her is like weed for me, except weed isn't legal here without a medical prescription, and alcohol is ubiquitous with social situations.
I'm autistic with ADHD, so sober social situations are already hard. It gets worse when others are drinking as they get loud and incoherent.
I just wish being stoned was as acceptable, socially.
Booze I like when limited to a single drink (2 pints in the case of Guiness) A lot of cold crisp largers on a hot day after yard work. Guinness (acquired taste, that once gained never fades) Baileys Bailey's + vanilla vodka Espresso martini when made fresh and strong. (2 shots fresh espresso, 2 shots kaluha, 1.5 shots 100 proof vodka)
and it works the same on any device you can sign in on.
The UI is still missing basic features. The start menu is fucked.
The OS is fine, the Desktop is under cooked.
Because I have a family subscription. YT and YT music for the whole family, means my kids are ad free and managed. I use the heck out of it and can afford it.
I don't pay for Spotify, and with the price hike Disney + is about to get the eye patch treatment.
But I really do use the heck out of YT, so for me it's worth it.
But if you don't see the value, do what you gotta do.
Now even tweet previews are busted in Discord.
You can't even share tweets without using something like fxtwitter.
