The existing community at [email protected] may no longer be a viable option since the feddit.de server has been down for a while now. I've created [email protected] as a replacement. Mostly out of my own need for assistance! So if you're a Synology owner, head on over and subscribe

(and also help me fix my issue thanks)

I realize it won't be like this forever, but while scrolling Lemmy I eventually come to a point when I start to see a lot of old posts and it's a perfect signal that I've done more than enough scrolling for the day

I wake up at 5:30 on Saturday because it's the best time to be awake

Problem with the socks is that I also just enjoy getting myself socks, so now I own an absurd amount of socks

Let's not forget the time Yugi and a magician were chained to the floor with buzzsaws inching closer each time they lost life points that would "send them to the shadow realm"

Still trying to figure out who this bbno$ character is...

For me it's moving your bed away from the side walls so it's in the middle of the room. I had my bed to the side my whole childhood

Personally, I'd say as much as possible to cut down on emissions shipping the stuff across the planet or even across the country

This is my favorite example. They replaced all guns with finger guns, so they were all just pointing at each other menacingly

It will be more expensive, for sure, but that's not even the main problem.

The primary issue is that these tariffs are unpredictable. We don't know if the Trump administration is going to add more, reduce them, or remove them completely. The administration seems to change their mind every day. Plus, they're deeply unpopular, so even if the administration were being consistent and clear, they are almost certainly being repealed in four years when a new administration takes over.

So nobody wants to invest in building factories here, because there's no guarantee that they won't soon be competing with cheaper labor again in the future. It's too risky of an investment even if it was cheaper in general

Dude chill out, why are you so angry? I merely pointed out that one of the videos does not support your claims and suggested an alternative hypothesis

Sorry for upsetting you with discussion hot damn

The top right video is a video absolutely dumpstering Tesla and calling it a worthless stock. Your recommendations will also highly depend on what video you were just watching, could it be that users who watch your video also happen to watch these other videos? Is that the platforms fault?

Why we out here combining these memes when both individually are enough

Question is probably too late and I'm not much of a stockpiler, this is more for curiosity of what others are thinking about

I know for me, the Kirkland brand whiskey is surprisingly good and also Canadian so I may go today and pick up a bottle (or at least check the price)

I've become an evangelist for this game in the 24 hours since I learned about it. The fact that this two year old game only has 66 reviews on Steam is criminal. I think it is so much better than that

I first saw the game while watching Ludwig's "rating games that wanted to sponsor me" video, and I was immediately smitten by the concept of the rotating cards. It's similar to a deck builder in many ways but the order of the cards in the deck is predictable and adjustable and it is slightly more fast-paced than Brotato or Vampire Survivors.

The game isn't perfect, it seems like the developer used whatever means necessary to try and market it, including referral codes and asking to sponsor Ludwig, but it hasn't seemed to work. Which is almost a shame because the game deserves to be seen.

So give it a try, it's worth every penny, and then come back and tell me what you think

For me, it may be that the toilet paper roll needs to have the open end away from the wall. I don't want to reach under the roll to take a piece! That's ludicrous!

That or my recent addiction to correcting people when they use "less" when they should use "fewer"

I love the idea of supporting small business and quality, handcrafted items. But Etsy seems to be more focused on drop shipping and it becomes a hassle to investigate every item I purchase to determine whether it ships from China or not.

Does anyone know of any alternatives with a good reputation?

I want to become a more knowledgeable gardener, and besides research and studying, I think a fun way to enhance my knowledge would be a fun gardening game. Are there any that are particularly accurate or relaxing?

Garden Life looks pretty chill but maybe not challenging or accurate to reality.

And to clarify, by accurate I mean you need to plant in correct lighting, water an appropriate amount, and fertilize to optimize for stems, flowers, fruits, etc.. Bonus points for having the option to pick your planting zone!

Oh and banned for rule 1 if you disagree

You can add Ecosia as a search engine to Firefox Android by going to Settings - Default Search Engine - Add then entering the following:

This will also allow you to use the Firefox Search widget on your home screen to search Ecosia.

I tried using the Addon to no avail, so I had to manually add the search myself.

Thanks for creating the community! I had forgotten to use Ecosia on Android for a while now. So much missed opportunity
