What exactly is the process for a complete replacement in the constitution in Ukraine? Is it something that can feasibly be accomplished during wartime?

Edit: apparently the process is "you can't" https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/389-19#Text (Article 19 Section 1)

So basically there is no way for Zelensky to change anything about the situation without just fraglantly breaking the law (or declaring an end to martial law during wartime, which would be beyond stupid). Pretty hard to argue he's a "dictator" when literally all he's doing is following the law that was out in place well before he was elected.

Now, if the war ends and he still refuses to hold a election, I'll be right with you in calling for action, but I fail to see any fault with his current course on this specific issue

Might also want to prioritize areas of low military significance - even if there are no commercial ships, you don't want areas where spy satellites are likely to be looking around for unknown vessels

Hulu is currently the only streaming service I still pay for, and that's mainly because TV shows are a removed to pirate (disk space and download times being the main annoyance), but it won't take more than one or two more price hikes for the balance to shift so that it's worth the effort to just go full pirate instead of forking out so much cash.

The fact that Disney just fully bought Hulu bodes very poorly too - I'll bet anything that it's going to get folded into Disney+ soon as a "pay an extra 15/month to access Hulu content, but only through your Disney+ membership sort of deal"

Poor people don't really want things - you need a certain level of cash flow to qualify as a proper person with dreams and feelings, haven't you heard?

Based on my experience working with PR teams and executives - you probably had a bored PR team that wanted to do something that feels important or relavent, and they pitched it to the exec team in a way that made them feel all important and excited (they probably threw in the phrase "lifestyle brand" a few times), so they went with it against all reason

It's a joke from the game lol - it might be improved by playing it in short bursts though, would certainly break up the monotany or some aspects

Interesting that you run into those issues, I've had it for years and handedly had to manual reconcile more than once or twice early on, certainly not in the last few years

Good news is, no one is making you use it!

100% - also try and budget to get the battery replaced with this method though, most modern smartphone batteries start showing significant wear after 2 years

Maybe you ought to humble yourself, given that you're the one stating that you know with absolute certainty how another individual that you know nothing about would or wouldn't act.

I never said I was immune to propoganda, lies, or manipulation - there are just simply no lies, manipulations, or propoganda that could make me abandon my morals to the extent of literal genocide. You could probably get me to hate a group you wanted me to hate, but I wouldn't murder my own worst enemy - so that's not going to get you anywhere.

I can say with 110% certainty that I don't need to be forced to not commit genocide. Hell, I don't even need to be forced to commit individual murders. If murder was made legal tomorrow, I'm pretty sure that I wouldn't go on a killing spree because I'm no longer forced to not murder.

Talk about telling on yourself, if this is what you genuinely think is true for everyone

Yup, this makes me especially glad I canceled back when they bumped their prices

Dropping subscriber counts are literally the only thing these companies care about

The only work you manually have to do is approve transactions that have been auto imported for you - and that's absolutely a feature, not a bug
