Evtl. Enzyme die in der Bienenkotze mit drin sind und gesund wirken können. Ansonsten bemerkt man bei Honig aus bestimmten Gebieten schon einen deutlichen Unterschied.
Ist wohl wie Wein... in 80% der Anwendungsfälle ist es egal. Aber die 20% machen dann den Unterschied zwischen lecker und denkwürdig.
