This sounds incredibly legit, but question: Could you not gain a shit ton of momentum sailing directly with the wind in a regular boat, then drop your sails and steer into the direction of it to maintain some amount of velocity for an amount of time? Feels like the same principle could be applied here, especially because they would swap between photon momentum and gravitational momentum

This is great advice btw. I know amateurs and pros who swear by the "paint/draw one small piece every day" approach.

Counterpoint, if this dude can't complete a bachelor's yet he thinks he has "multiple Masters theses" he could complete "if only the system would let him", he is definitely unfit to be any type of manager at this stage.

I have similar focus issues and it sucks, but literally everyone in their early twenties feels this way at some point. I would agree with getting a job, or just focusing to complete any BA, having to compare one's skill set in a specific consistent thing against other people is important for a reality check

Nothing wrong with that, look up "coffee sock". It's used exactly as you describe, except they put this filter down first, then lift it out with the grounds after it's done brewing. All the other methods mentioned here are valid too, coffee is coffee!

When I see posts like this I just remember those old crotchety engineers who would gripe about "scrum bad", then would absolutely refuse to participate in collaborative planning activities with their fellow teammates. They tended to be the primary source of bad vibes and work breakdowns

BTW, no joke this is a book by Daniel Quinn called 'Ishmael'. Highly recommend
