It wasn't titled "Art of the Great Deal".

Lol, no, but maybe I was channeling him. Great Youtuber.

I think it was still too late to avoid the worst of it, but with him as President in 2000 some things would have changed by now for the better, and some things would have been prevented. Or maybe not, alternative history is hard to predict, and maybe GWB was the better choice for the US and the world after all.

Yeah, I find it hard to believe too.

Yes, but corporations pay into the system in other ways. Take for example the time Duke Energy had a big coal ash spill into a river. They took the income resources they had and not only paid a fair fine price, cleaned up the...

Wait. No they didn't. They passed on all the costs to their customers. Fortunately those customers were able to use the free market and choose another provider...

Wait. No, they can't. Huh. That IS a freeloader.

I think more people know about Arch from it being mentioned than who actually use it. Actually I think more people know about Arch from the meme of an Arch user mentioning it than who have mentioned using it.

They are properly informed, because they have the same access to news that you do.

I question if these two are the same. For any candidate. I also laugh at any group being called informed, because there definitely is disinformation out there everywhere, more and more.

This has nothing to do with the topic, only an overall observation that no one can claim any group is "properly informed". "Properly" also is a loaded word...I don't think you meant it nefariously, but it could be read that way.

These endorsements are important not necessarily because of who is doing them, but for the constant wave of reminders that are more high profile than usual political messages. I think the biggest fight is against complacency as we start seeing the "sweeping poll numbers" from the media near the end. Vote regardless of who you're told is winning, it won't matter until the votes are counted.

Well, it's NC, that's what happens. If we had fair districts, we'd be blue.

She was told to do this. There is no realization.

He'll have my vote.

He defends a racist by using a racist statement. And Republicans don't even blink.

The Cheetos bag in the Carlsbad Caverns story says so much about our species in one breath.

I have an older robot vacuum that has finally shown some age in its battery. The charger will charge for about 15 mins and then gets an error, but it's enough to do a decent vacuuming of the room if I charge then vacuum, then repeat once more. I can't leave it on the charger now due to the error repeating, so basically I run it dead until the next time.

So my question is, can I continue doing this since it works well enough, or is there potential problems/danger with the battery being at less capacity? I could buy a new battery, they aren't terrible in price, but if it works and is safe, why not continue what I'm doing until it completely gives out?
