Because they would be labeled as a terrorist and promptly dismissed. Gandhi wasn’t perfect, but he knew how to get shit done. The US is the most destructive and lethal country in the world, just like Kamala said at the DNC.

I always have to preface this by saying I am by no means a Putin apologist, but just follow the money. America loves a war no matter where it is. And why? Because we gotta sell all these bombs and missiles to someone…

Nor are they “boys”. They’re like mid-late thirties men.

I’d imagine it is the same guy. I’ve seen the truck downtown at least twice so I don’t think they’re a tourist.

It has nothing to do with it. It’s a straw-man argument. You could do the same kind of misdirection by comparing the number of US-related foreign conflicts under Trump vs Obama + Biden, and that wouldn’t prove anything either. The fact remains that a large portion of Kamala’s constituency wants an arms embargo and those people are being completely ignored.

Completely false. UN weapons inspectors were allowed in Iraq unconditionally from September 2022 right up until the US went to war in March 2023. They found no evidence that Iraq had any stockpiles of WMD. That kinda rained on Bush’s parade though, so his administration simply ignored those findings.

Completely agree. It was really frustrating to hear Bernie evoke FDR in his speech without being honest about how he accomplished so much: by packing the courts and being extremely aggressive in pushing through a real progressive agenda. It really highlights the failings of the party more than anything.
