Ah yes, why don't we just "pole the comments" about the meaning of any word we don't understand the definition of, and we can let the comment section right here be the sole arbiters of what a word means rather than let experts in the relevant field define what a word means. The US response to this should definitely be to sanction all of these countries, leaving them with no choice but to side with only the US and the EU or literally the rest of the world. Definitely that's the best strategy here I'm sure the entire world would want to alienate itself from the rest of its parts just to trade in the currency of a dying empire

Killing the host is typically a pretty bad long term evolutionary strategy for something that requires a host though. Better to keep the host alive so it can proliferate you
