Any advice on how to actually get through this book? I love it but it's very challenging.

Nice. I do remember being pretty comfortable with my siblings and friends on road trips. Vehicle before was a full size conversion van. Nostalgia is intensifying!
We had a Plymouth Grand Voyager, 1995. Was the worst vehicle our family ever owned. Always breaking down. Had issues with electrical and the doors closing.
After my first cavity and filling, and the pain of chewing on that side again it was all the motivation I needed to brush and floss first thing every morning, and then brush before bed no matter how much I hate it.
Same here with that song too, I come up with something random at the "didn't have to..." part and belt out something equally cheesy
What's funny is that when you hear it for the thousandth time it's like a cheat code and you become immune to it.
Physical cringe when I hear, "I like your pants around your feet". Gives the shivers lol.
Yes, such a cheese-fest of a song. Can't help but jokingly sing along with it in the most obnoxious voice possible when it's on.
