According to court documents, the only "evidence" they have that he was a gang member, is the testimony of an unidentified informant that was never cross examined in court. He testified on paper that Garcia was a member of a branch of MS-13 that is only active in a part of New York that Garcia had never been to before.

It's almost like "fighting government waste", was just some bullshit excuse to get away with cheating customers. Who could have seen this coming?

I don't think they understand how strategic voting works, then. If they have a candidate that has a reasonable chance to beat the Conservative candidate...then strategically speaking, they should be the go-to pick for anyone not voting Conservative.

They should be promoting this. It should keep all of their current incumbents in their seats, and maybe even win a few more in contested ridings.
