I've been looking for bookmark apps for android, and don't have any luck. Any recommendation?

I've saw it. But somehow I get http 404 error with every nextcloud instance I tried, so I think that it isn't syncing

That's because NextCloud is still the typical piece of shit of a software that never delivers as promised.

Simply setup a Webdav server with Nginx or use LoFloccus and sync the bookmarks with something like Syncthing.

Not sure if it's exactly what you mean, but Raindrop.io is a good app that also works on desktop and as browser extension. Lets you organize under folders and tags.
