8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners.
The auto mod will contact you if a link shortener is detected, please delete your post if they are right.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body
For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.

Not really, the formula they used to generate the percentages for each country means its not really intentional, the 10% is just countries the US import almost nothing from.
On the other hand Russia was spared, even though according to him they "pissed him off", probably just a reference to the tape.
True. But the US has a tendency to make exceptions for Israel. So the fact that he stuck to his math and didn't get Israel a special exception is a small win for US Israel relations. (aka making them more normal).
Basically it's exceptional that we didn't make an exception. That's kind of sad. But because it's exceptional it's worth noting.
He did make an exception for Russia though...
Yeah, last I checked nothing in the US comes from Iran due to sanctions.
Yeah, US tariffs on Iran is about as consequential as the tariffs on uninhabited Antarctic islands the orange idiot also did.
That's one of the first things they will change when they walk back this stupid policy.
