“Utilities threatened to shut off my power so… I will turn off all the lights in protest!”

That’ll show ‘em.

I’m nearly certain that ALL major tech manufacturers do. So, don’t go thinking that Samsung phone of yours is sweatshop free.

As I understand, they’re under no obligation whatsoever to obey jack shit from comrade trump if said jack shit involved orders to turn weapons on Americans on American soil.

And such a request should come with it an immediate impeachment hearing and a tribunal to determine how many years in prison he should get.

Anyone who quits Meta says Mark Zuckerberg is a colossal dick.

Fair point. But I’ll add that conservatives show up to vote. It’s almost a given that trump got all he was going to get. Of the 90,000,000 people that chose not to- it’s safe to assume that many of them would have voted for Kamala had it not been for the single issue non-voters, or protest non-voters.

I agree with the rest of your point. And well said.

So again, I’ve not come across any reports issued by you on any posts that sling mud at democrats or conservatives. When that happens, I’ll consider your accusation of bias. Until then. The post remains.

They’re simply asking where they are. I’ve seen and allowed FAR worse mud sling toward liberals and worse than that against conservatives.

Scroll a bit and you’ll see them. And if there’s not enough for your liking, make some. If it remains with the rules. It remains.

And as a side note: why have I not seen you reporting any of the memes that drag conservatives through the mud. Those are hella’ antagonistic!

Maybe consider that this type of community isn’t for you. I don’t mean that in a negative or aggressive way, but just as a point of consideration. We’d never turn anyone away, and we’d hate for anyone to not feel welcome, but the theme of political Memes range for silly to serious, sarcastic to sardonic. Things like this are to be expected.

There are communities to suit all types of interests. And where you might not like the theme and atmosphere of this community, there are many others that do.

As a bassist of 30+ years….. I feel seen.

If you want to make a meme poking fun of conservatives and democrats, you are welcome to. That is a huge portion of the content in this community.

As far as the removal of comments- it’s takes time to go over the comment, the accusation, and the decision for removal. There are also other requests in the queue. Had you not notified me that the offending comment wasn’t removed, there’s a good chance I would have gotten to it.

While not perfect, we do try very hard to remain neutral.

If you feel the content in this community is biased towards one side- be my guest and create content to balance it.

If it's not productive I don't see why this kind of discourse should continue.

I believe you have arrived at the reasoning for the removals. Slap fighting is prohibited.

That PleasantPolitics bot is obnoxious! Also, there’s a few mods that use mass auto-removal bots when someone so much as posts comments that they don’t like.

It would be nice to be able to filter these out of the modlog feed. (If it’s even possible)

If I go to ban a user, it shows successful in the app, but no mod logs will show the user banned, and they’re able to continue to post- after a ban via Voyager app

I have to go outside of voyager to do any ban moderation. Has this always been a thing?

EDIT: it seems it works fine for permanent bans. But not for temporary bans.
