Nothing is sacred in Hollywood.

Except money.

I'm wondering how a sequel with the original actors is going to work. You can't really do a kids adventure with 50-60 year old folks.

Based on other films that had late sequels: they're the parents now, all boring and business like. Their kids are the ones who get into hijinks, but the parents need to reignite their sense of wonder and adventure to rescue the kids.

I think that covers about 80% of the required sequel tropes.

Which copyright holder ran out of money this time?

Fucking unoriginal hacks. Soon nothing but the walking dead will be in theatres.

I'll allow this one since the original bombed at the box office

Old Henry was very good for me. Greedy People was a bit of a miss.

If it's going to happen, I at least like the director. Even Greedy People's miss held some good aspects.
