Some women lost most of their eyebrow hair and the painted ones actually look better than without.
Then there are others who paint to make their brows appear fuller, and when well done you don't notice they are painted.
So yeah in some cases people who don't paint their eyebrows can appreciate painted eyebrows on others.

No. I do not walk up to random people and ask them personal questions out of nowhere. I just always assume that if they didn't think it looked good, they wouldn't do it.

Sounds fun and educational. Make up can easily age your appearance, and its known about, but few can describe why and how to avoid it. Even fewer know how to play into it, which is also fucking useful but to fewer people.

aw shit, story time. i knew a homie that like never cut his beard or styled without his barber. his beard wasnt super full.... one day he walked in with this and apparently his barber used semi perm dye.... the guys rode him so hard (idgaf but sometimes men are asses)... the next day it was gone.
