Denying the Holocaust, that's a reason to deny him the governorship. So is being a Republican. But watching porn is at least better than those too-many Republicans who were abusing people. They all strenuously deny everything, that's to be expected.

He's a shit stain but porn's not the reason.

You're absolutely right. Watching porn is not a big deal. I care far more about the hypocrisy of being part of a party who wants to ban porn while going every damn day to semen covered booths with glory holes than I do about the actual porn or anything he was doing in those booths. These are the people enacting porn bans on "moral grounds".

Of course I care more about the Holocaust than the hypocrisy, but I can think he's a shit stain for two reasons.

I can see the point when Republicans will often attack the opposition on moral grounds.

Makes me really proud of my home state, really feilding our best 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃

FWIW - He’s not polling well and may even be helping put NC in play for POTUS…

I hope so, but I have my doubts. I'm in greensboro now, and I see his signs pretty often. My only hope is that Trump supporters actually listen to what he says, because they tend not to actually like him when they look into what he says (had at least one coworker that's a trump supporter express support for him, but when he actually looked him up, he didn't like him that much).

I also have seen far more Trump signs than Harris (ENC; a good 2 hours from a real city), but I’m also seeing A LOT of Trump campaign ads; I don’t think they’d be spending much money here if they thought they had the state sewn up…

I'm getting near daily Trump mailers. The NC republican party is spending some serious money. It does make them look desperate, but who knows, maybe they just have money to burn.

I kinda suspect it's the latter. I drive around pretty randomly for fun, and the amount of Trump signs and flags in yards is arguably higher than it has ever been. That being said, I think it's pretty telling they rarely have a Trump/Vance sign, so if Trump were to step down they'd probably lose pretty heavily.

Trump supporters are also just more likely to have signs

[–] [email protected] 2 points 2 months ago

I have this sense too; I don’t know if there’s any truth to it, though.

I also feel like Trump supporters are more likely to commit acts of violence against Harris supporters than vice versa.

Of things to deny that happened, I'd be much rather caught in a porn booth with my dick in hand, than in a holocaust, ngl

Not everyone had high speed internet in the early 90s. Can't blame him for that. Denying well verified historical facts is just dumb though.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 2 months ago

You can certainly blame him for the hypocrisy though.

I remember meticulously going through the links and hoping the one I clicked would pull up a good picture because I knew it would take a few minutes to load and it used to piss me off when I got a shitty one. So anytime I got a good one I would secretly print it and hide it for later use.
