Call it Minority Report
Because they will inevitably target minorities?
Niooce.
Because of the early 2000's movie Minority Report that has this exact same plot and is starred by Tom Cruise.
I feel it's time for a remake, maybe turn the three ~~sisters~~ precogs into 3 AI computers?
Two of the three precogs were boys, by the way.
I definitely need to rewatch this movie again.
It's just institutional racism with extra steps
