Why? I dont get it?
You don't want to. It's an abstract reference to an uninteresting meme about miscarriage called 'Loss'.
People post things with the format of the position of the people in the meme in 4 frames ( I, II, II, I _), and everyone congratulates themselves and each other for getting the reference.
This one, however, doesn't work in my opinion. The door positions in frames 1, 2, and 3 are meant to indicate people standing, yet the same position of the right door in frame 4 apparently indicates a person lying down.
This, as it happens, is therefore not Loss.
Based on the first 50% of your post, I would like to be your friend.
I have no opinion, positive or negative, on the second 50% - except that I support the dissemination of accurate information.
Person uses artistic outlet to convey their sadness. Internet circle jerks about it for decades.

Nice explanation. However I'd argue the bottom right panel is different because the right hand door is the back door of the car, and therefore, different to frames 2 and 3. Though it is kinda stretching it ..

It's a different door but it's the same position. This doesn't work. If \ indicates a person standing it can't indicate a person lying down, whichever door it is.
It's not the same position tho. If you look at the two images side by side, you can see the right door is noticeably lower than the left door in the final panel, but even in the previous panel:
Position meaning 'the way in which something is placed or arranged'. I'm aware it's a different door, but the position / tilt / angle / pose / arrangement of the door is the same, being \ .Taking \ to indicate standing, it can't indicate lying down.
Ok, so your complaint is the door orientation, not the position. I disagree with the idea that it doesn't necessarily work, given how many other instances of the meme get a bit out there and are intentionally setup to be recognizable yet inscrutable. But I can see why it wouldn't work for people.
