This was me for the first half of this year. Not 100%, but at least 30-40% of my diet was a mix of hazelnuts, cashews, almonds, walnuts, raisins and dried plums.
Squirrels don't eat dried plums you IDIOT
Oof, my bad lemme return my squirrel license then.
You are demoted to PlaysWithSquirrels
Squirels will eat glazed doughnuts if they can find them.
Good thing they can't read maps or use currency or else Krispy Kreme would be overrun by squirrels
That sounds like a crazy expensive diet
There's an international grocery near me that has at least one type of nut and one dried fruit on steep sale each week. Just buy a couple pounds of those each week. It's not all I eat, but it's pretty much all I snack on. Probably about 20% of my diet.
Dried plums are more commonly known as prunes. So that part at least wouldn't be too expensive.
Not cheap for sure, but i bought it all in bulk which brought the price/kg down a lot. Still wouldnt safely recommend tho, see my other comment.
Add some greens and that's a very healthy diet
Yeah the rest was pretty healthy too, but i somehow started getting sick a lot. After trying lots of things, i dropped the copious amounts of nuts and since then it got better. I still dont actually know if this was correlation or causation.
Maybe i will start it again someday and see if the colds / throat issues come back. If i had to guess, my money would be on the walnuts.
