Same here. But you'll kind of start to care again when your doctor starts giving papers with lists of food you can eat on it.
I had a coworker with such a list. After being on a texan BBQ diet all his life, he now has to compensate through his lunches. When the rest of us grabbed a kebab or something similar, his lunch consisted of one (1) hard boiled egg.
It's a disheartening moment in life. Take care of your health.
I don't see how TX BBQ is at fault... unless he eats that shit every meal. It is good protein, just needs to be part of the balanced diet.
He prolly slurps soda and his idea of vegetable is potato salad...
I don't understand how fucking quacks are the back stop to this shit... these rent seekers are about as reliable as vet sellign you pet food.
