Custom alerts (sound/vibration) based on email sender, subject and date/time received. I had that on my blackberry and it was awesome for my IT job.
Probably can’t do it on iOS.

Inability to multitask. Find the file or chat link you want and need to go back to the meeting you were up? Spend 5 minutes digging back into where you were.
