Honestly, if the people in charge of 2 now were responsible for it all along it would be just as dog shit as 3. Payday 2 used to be fantastic, but I wouldn't bother anymore.
I wish I could still play it as it used to be.

Sadly more common than one would expect.
Cat8 is pointless with gigabit equipment as far as speed goes. Cat6 will do 10gig, you just had bad cables.
Abp is complete garbage. Use Ublock origin.
I swear they haven't added a single fucking feature that is worth anything. Every single thing they do makes their product worse.
This is exactly the kind of shit I don't ever want my fucking computer doing. You don't need to track shit. You do what I tell you and then you shut the fuck up.
Meanwhile you can bypass uac(as an admin user) using the fucking help window. They're all over the place.

So I wonder what my copy from rockstar will do now, it worked like a week ago under wine(single player). I bought it before it was available on steam unfortunately.
That said gta online was never good so idgaf about that part but Battle eye isnt going to do shit so sucks for those that do care.
