The maga idiots don't really pose a theat to buisnesses, just regular people.
France and the UK still have nuklear weapons, I would think the rest of the millitary would be more of a problem.
I would suspect both sides would not use nuklear weapons unless they get really desperate. So what is currently deturring Putin from attacking eastern europe is the thread of the reagular US millitary just kicking his ass and having no chance of gaining any land. But if it was just nato without the US he might gamble on them not using their nukes if he just takes, say northern Finnland, which he might think is feasable without US-troops.
Taiwan also has money
I have the same scale and bought a few rechargable ithium-Ion AAAs and they work line a charm having a constant voltage until empty.
Only downside is that you don't get any warning when they are about to run.
(Something like that: https://www.mediamarkt.de/de/product/_verico-verico-li-ion-akku-loop-energy-aaa-mit-usb-c-buchse-2er-pack-lithium-ionen-akku-109861637.html )
Edit: nvm, just saw your comment about yours usung a coin cell it seems like there are some deviations between different models of the scale.

There are but from what I've read none were required for this building, because it was only used as storage.
As buying the card seems to be a political donation I don't think that would be very legal. Afaik it is highly illegal to donate on behave of a non-citizen or non-resident.
But idk what the law says about donating more then you can afford and then stabalizing your finances by selling a whole bunch of vanity CAH cards on ebay.
