i don't think that's possible mate for 2 reasons :

  • software companys pay antivirus software makers to flag and remove game cracks
  • cracks use obfuscation and workaround techniques that are similar to whats used in viruses so most flag them as mallisious

Brother's driver install tool expects dnf, apt, or yum, and so it's incompatible with ostree-based systems like Kinoite or Silverblue. You can of course download the driver manually and install the necessary packages:

Not being able to provide support for every distro is the other edge of open source

Despite it being one of the most popular and feature rich download managers out there and it being foss, it seems that most repos don't have it ( except for flahub iirc) Is there is any reason behind that?

"Now i am expecting a open source version of gta to arrive soon on linux natively . Tired of playing supertuxcart."

looks like rendering adblockers extensions obsolete with manifest-v3 was not enough so now they try to implement DRM into the browser giving the ability to any website to refuse traffic to you if you don't run a complaint browser ( cough...firefox )

here is an article in hacker news since i'm sure they can explain this to you better than i.

and also some github docs

yeah right BBC ,who told you that anyway ?
