When I was a kid, I came up with a theory that the jemhadar had no individual names, like the Borg. Everyone in a jem hadar unit was whatever prefix Remata or Omata etc refered to the name of the unit. Clan was added because they were all a cohort of a dozen or so people. And that the only way to distinguish amongst themselves was their rank, solidifying the whole "order brings victory, victory is life" mantra.

I know now that doesn't really work but hey, I had fun thinking it up.

No. He's trolling you. No Reasonable person thinks this.

She is a Starfleet academy drop out, I highly doubt she heard of Lore, Moriarty, or the exo-comp.

Fair hit on the EMH though.

No worries. I think you have a valid point and it could also be a weird UT thing going on where Vic's words are translated idiomatically and not literally.

Space Esperanto

That could be the case here. Vic may be singing in Federation Standard (aka English) and Kira /Odo have learned it after hanging out with the Federation for the last six to seven years. Considering their backgrounds as people who lived in multi-lingual societies (from the Occupation), it wouldn't be the strangest thing for them to pick up a new language with some off screen effort over the years.

Sweet. Thanks.

Do you know if that's something you can do on the Voyager app?

As a compromise, why not have a Monday (or any set day, but Monday feels appropriate) mega thread where you go and post like a weeks worth?

You can have a fairly active thread that all of you who enjoy it can stay and for those of us that don't want the spam can ignore it once a week and move on.

I assure you, I don't take the show all that seriously. But it's also possible to not like a stupid web comic for valid reasons.

I seem to have taken up enough of your time. I hope you have a good rest of your day.

Just hear me out. Go and read them. Seriously go and read all 300+ of the comics this weekend or whenever you have time. If you don't honestly get bored or feel downright empty, I will never post in an O'Brian at Work thread on pain of banning.

I like most of the stuff yall post here, but O'Brian at Work is bad.
