I encourage everyone to carry around an internet-connected audio-video listening device on their person at all times. Not only to have calls potentially tapped but also a microphone that can listen at any time and a non-removable battery.
When I had my phone delivered it was from a special courier, not the normal post. I had to show ID in order to accept the delivery.

I remember being very active as a kid at the super market running “missions” to get items. One time I dropped a jar of tomato sauce on the floor and I felt so bad about it. I enjoy a fake burger from time to time, but if we are honest, then criticizing ultra processed foods should always be fair game. These fake meats should be eaten in moderation next to a nutritionally balanced diet of mostly whole ingredients.
