Oh wow, that’s actually explained very well. Fair enough, y’all just want slavery I guess lol

It’s absolutely defensive, I figure I won’t come off as a “troll” if I declare it when I talk about your politics.

I do agree that the meme has the tracks reversed, and I did forget about the full context, so sorry if you caught my original comment lol, but the whole situation absolutely connects with the actual trolley problem for me.

There is no clear moral choice in the trolley problem. It comes down to personal opinion and morals, whether or not you believe that moving the switch makes you responsible for killing the one man, and not engaging the switch at all makes you a bystander, since you didn’t move the trolley or tie the people up in the first place.

Or if you believe that it’s still morally correct to reduce the number of lost lives, if you have to kill someone in the process.

Oh, and I didn’t vote for anyone.

I’m not American

The trolly problem has a clear moral good choice and bad choice.

I don’t think you understand what the trolley problem is.

To be fair, and that’s being very fair, it does end with “allowing involuntary servitude as a punishment for crime” and a case could be made for confusing wording.

I don’t need to be American to think he’s bad, but I probably wouldn’t be thinking about him in the shower.

A shower thought, per the community rules, is supposed to be original/unique.

Oh, and I’m not American.

Is “Trump bad”, regardless of how true it is, a shower thought?

I don’t think people are bringing up third parties because they will get elected, I think they’re bringing up third parties to show that these are not guaranteed, but still potentially obtainable votes, that if you take their demands into account, you will get their votes.

EDIT: again, not American
