I try to do 20 minutes a day. It's funny that I've gotten worse at it over time, in that my mind wanders way more. Used to be able to achieve no mind pretty often. I know this isn't the correct way of thinking about it. At least I attempt to sit with my whirlwind mind I guess.

I wouldn't run everyday if I were you. Maybe start with 2-3 times a week. Honestly, you don't need to run much to be in pretty good shape. 30 mins a couple times a week and you'll be golden.
Why do I still see Reddit results on DDG? Is that just old stuff and new stuff won't be indexed?

I just found a userscript that mutes, skips, and lets you black out the ads. Worked during my brief test of it. I'll probably use this if adblock or other clients are bricked.

I'm a big fan of this app as well. It is my favorite dictionary app at the moment. I'm using the English Wiktionary database. I've tried QuickDic and Poet Assistant, but I prefer Aard's UI.
