Would it though?

Firstly, the general population is stretched so financially thin that a 10 day strike is unaffordable for most

Now, ten days to bring everything to a halt sounds great. But unless it's coordinated in certain areas, then there's just a freeze on everything. Remember the COVID pandemic? Even if only certain areas strike, the situation is so bad that alot of jobs would be covered.

Secondly, do you honestly believe that the general population is selfless enough to not place any e-commerce, online services or any sort of digital product purchases within that 10 days? No.

Lastly, what happens after those 10 days? The whip comes out, there's catching up to do.

This

The corsairs of umbar flee the boats, the party & rangers take the ships. The whole point of the fleet was to cut off the Dol Amroth reinforcements, which can then join the battle

At Pellenor, they just scare the enemy forces. Once they've fulfilled their oath, they are free.

I'm the same age

I found that stone was used for weight commonly up until recent times. I've been asked in person and one form what my weight is in kg (I think maybe health insurance?)

Same with Lbs and pints, but also milk. Every standard plastic milk carton is measured in pints, usually with ml/l printed on them these days. Smallest carton? 1 pint. Most common? 4. Giant carton 6 etc

UK here - never used stone, LBs or pints as a measurement

If I was measuring bodyweight, I would use KG. Grams for anything light.

The only time I see Milk measured in pints, is bottles or cartons of standard dairy milk in supermarkets. Any other milk is litres, including dairy such as Jersey / Cream top milk

Do you face many compatibility issues when gaming?

[–] [email protected] 8 points 2 weeks ago

Exactly, veterans with a stockpile would be able to just buy the lot

I'm not sure if it is a problem, each currency has a specific purpose (ie materials split by expansion for a more level playing field on expansion release, faction specific, event)

I feel like it's well designed if anything

The problem is when games go for size is that they don't populate the world

The modern Assassin Creed games were a prime example of this - big world, completely barren

At no point did I say that "I added a centre speaker to my soundbar setup"

I ditched my old setup for a new

If you have a 5.1 system then I'd question the centre speaker or settings. A good centre speaker and you definitely won't have this issue.

Back when I had just a soundbar I was experiencing the same issue. I added a centre speaker to my now 3.1 setup & haven't looked back since
