Totally. I live in a college town. I'm surrounded by mid-century-neoliberalism. There has developed a sizable unhoused population here, because of skyrocketing rents and the fact that there are actually a lot of us here who actually gives a shit and try to help. It's really pulled the mask off a lot of these folks.

I would bet their not great people. There is probably a reason he grew into the awful person that he is. I would wager those are the same reasons he doesn't want to help them financially.
Spotify's shuffle tends to always pay the same stuff because Spotify is a scumbag company that nobody should use. Spotify prioritizes the tracks that cost them the least in royalties per stream. So, it's not that their shuffle algorithm is bad. It's that their shuffle algorithm is INTENTIONALLY bad to fuck over artist.
The bad user experience you get as a result is just collateral damage and they really couldn't give a fuck about that.
