On the Giant Water Bug (bottom left) they aren't even mouthparts, those are it's first pair of legs.

The use of "urchin" to refer to children is separate from its original meaning.

Yes, Starmer said it back in early July. It sounds like the UK then looked to get agreement from the US and France before proceeding and the US have blocked it since then.
