It sounds somewhat reasonable and you just are not the candidate. From what it sounds like, it would be like applying for a job as a pool lifeguard but your only experience around pools was from YouTube. They want someone who has handled that item before not someone who says "let me take a crack at it"

I remember I spoke with the professor at UCSD working on this eTPU alternative to regular PUR this article is referencing a few years back. He was frothing at the mouth of selling this as a product as he was eager to talk with big companies to sell the research, it turned me off 100%. I asked if it decomposes just as well anaerobically and he said it's not intended to be used outside of composting scenarios. It also has little shelf life and more hygroscopic which reduces use performance over time. So there we have it. Another green wash situation. Your composter is NOT going to accept this when they see it x10000000
You seem to underestimate the gang problem. I was in Ilobasco a few years ago and my family that lives there urged me not to go outside past 7pm because I can be a target or even kidnapped. Like wtf why do the gangs get to dictate curfew in 2017? Past nightfall you have to turn the lights off so people in the streets can't peek into your house through the metal guard rails on all the windows. It was eye opening to say the least. Since Nuevas Ideas I have only heard good things and good changes to the area from my family. There were so many people associated to the gangs that I have little sympathy for those 'innocently accused'. I would rather a few loosely incorporated get caught than let the gangs do what they want freely.
Bukele and his government is nothing like Trumps. He doesn't want El Salvador to use USD as the standard currency, that's it..
The guy just had a lot of guns. He had 23 with him and he had like another 20 at home.
But I would also imagine that him having them all loaded put into a row each mounted on its own bipod in his suite is faster than reloading.
Not trying to minimize the bump stock thing but I would wager that having 23 different guns and hundreds of rounds of ammo is why so many people got shot that night. This guy had it all planned out including bipods, red dots, cameras etc. this guy even went as far as to nailing his door shut so in any case someone got to his hotel before he was done, he would have extra time.
Yeah the bump stocks made a difference but I don't think it was by that much.
I'm a little naive about how this works but how does buying and selling unlisted securities work? What does it mean to get unlisted stock? If someone was given stock as a perk but was fired what happens to the stock? I've never worked at a startup so I don't know how that works..
Your comment is just misinformation. The US government asked Tik Tok to sever it's ties to its parent company and they refused. This is also not anything new as other countries and government bodies including India, Australia, Canada, the UK, parts of the European Union, and New Zealand have banned the app from official devices due to security reasons.
This isn't a "America bad REEEEE" kind of moment.
Sending plastic to the landfill that doesn't decompose anaerobically is essentially the same as sending regular plastic. Also, using shitty material that has a shorter shelf life also means it allows for planned obsolescence for items you wouldn't have thought was possible. For instance that can allow companies to put best use by dates on a refrigerator, home insulation, soles on shoes etc. For single use items it would make it so stock would be thrown out if not consumed more frequently. We would end up sending even more plastic to the landfills.
