I don't think this is about LLM's. That's not synonymous with AI.

I stacked DVD cases on the desk to act as a tripod while filming the computer screen. To hear audio it needed to be extremely loud while recording. Also, it's quite boring having to actually sit thorough an entire porn video without skipping.
My current device has more features than most flagships despite not being one. Headphone jack, microSD, dual sim, removable battery, ip67, notification led, no camera bump ...
Then buy a device that has one. The fact that so many models dropped it just made picking a new device so much easier because there's less to choose from.
Not that it was particularly hyped but I bought PS4 back in the day and just never really used it. My SO has uses it to watch netflix occasionally but that's pretty much it. The most useless purchase I've ever made.
Gun is far easier to hit your target with. Crossbow is compareable with much lower range but a bow, wether it be long, recurve or compound is quite hard.
Technically every ban here is a shadow ban as you don't get notified for it.
I don't agree with the politics of the creators of Lemmy either, yet here I am.
I've been here for over two years already.
We're all living inside echo chambers already. Nobody wants to be forcibly fed a "balanced" online media diet. Just imagine what the feed would be like if it contained an equal amount of content from every social media platform in the world with all possible views being represented. People would either not want to engage with it at all, would just fight and argue all day or start blocking opposing views to get back into the echo chamber. I think people should be free to choose for themselves what kind of content they consume.
Lemmy culture? Nothing, lacks diversity. I often feel like I'm just talking to the same guy. Very rare to read views that don't align with the groupthink.
