This is Hezbollah, not Hamas.

Lotta Hezbollah flags in that crowd, was that some kind of funeral procession from yesterday’s pagers?

Mostly Reuters as I feel news wires are inherently more likely to report just the facts as their main customers are other news outlets. This provides an incentive towards accuracy in a way that I find the current news landscape does not have. Beyond that I have a handful of podcasts and other more niche publications I love like Ars Technica.

NATO membership benefits US interests in so many ways, it’s ridiculous how quickly the Republicans have become a total party of quislings

You mean the NYPD would just go out there on the internet and tell lies?!?

Yeah, not surprised.

Wait so did they find the knife? I was reading reports they couldn’t even find a knife.

Edit: yup, no knife

The police said on Sunday that a knife had been recovered and posted a picture on social media. The next day, however, it posted another message saying the knife had been taken from the crime scene by an unidentified man

I will point out that the story has a body cam screenshot showing the knife, presumably in the suspect’s hand.

Shit like this is why I don’t feel bad about my aggressive ad blocking on YouTube. If they don’t care to deprioritize garbage like this (or moderate really at all) then why should I sit through a 50 second ad to watch a 5 minute video?
