It is. Mother/mom = Matka/mama.

Taking another spin at it: Young seal = młoda foka, which reads almost like mother fucker :). Go check it out on google translate.

Also this meaningless mumbling: "tea who you yeah bunny" is fonetically equivalent to saying "you fucking dick" = Ty chuju jebany.

Pozdrawiam serdecznie

Wrong assumption on my side.

Secret organization of Christians? Christians (at least those from Roman Catholic Church) are banned from being members of any secret groups or organizations under the threat of being excommunicated. So by the definition they are no longer Christians. They are simply wealthy people caring for their own agendas.

The title is bullshit…

Look up "spółdzielnie mleczarskie" in Poland. https://pl.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sp%C3%B3%C5%82dzielnia_mleczarska

Milk cooperative? Is this how it translates?

Sorry for not translating the whole Wikipedia article, but TLDR this is how high quality dairy is produced in Poland, where everyone from smallest to larger farms can cooperate and coexist.

30 years ago there was even this now non-existent elaborate network of milk collection and delivery (we have shops now :p) - every morning there was a transport organized through every small or large village where everyone farmer even with only one cow could sell the milk. As the number of such farmers went rapidly down this has stopped being done.

Of course you can still find big corp dairy products in the stores (Nestle? Danone?) but they have a hard time competing and I am not sure but they still might buy their supplies from polish cooperatives.

Pole here. I am exposed to US political news in every English- speaking medium, especially though Lemmy now and Reddit in the past.

I don’t know if this is planned or by accident but it looks like US is very efficient in exporting their political bullshit and playbooks to other countries.

Applying the American lens to current events here could give you a conclusions not far from the „ground truth”. Strange.

I hate this too. But - what if we start using this ability to our advantage, just like these guys did? Corps use it, let’s also abuse it so they can’t destroy us without also waiving their rights. LLCs are the privacy abstraction layer of the real world. I figured that even registering your own personal domain is much safer when done through your own LLC than on your personal name. The examples are many.

Older cars actually followed good practices about the interior and gauges lighting. All used red, yellow or orange backlights to not impact your night vision.

Now cars are full of bright white screens…

But mah profits!

737 Max is still a developing example of what happens when you leave corporate to self-regulate themselves.

Why downvotes? They are both right, with an exception of MacBooks. Otherwise, you are limited by use cases predicted by the manufacturer, even if it "just works".

I use both iPhone and MacBook, with the latter mostly as a Unix that, again, "just works", but I can even go as far as compile whole GNU userspace natively with Gentoo Prefix (one of many options).

Brother for life.

You bet it. I got one toner refill for like $6 for Brother laser printer which is happily chugging along with factory installed drum after 2600 pages printed during over 6 year period. No DRM, no driver drama, and you know what happens to jet printers with such sporadic usage.
