Die CSC existieren, aber nicht ein einziger hat aktuell die offizielle Freigabe zur Abgabe von Weed. Auch dies ist noch nicht geregelt. Es existieren nur Absichten und Konzepte wie es einmal funktionieren könnte/sollte. Ich glaube nur von zwei CSC in Niedersachen wurden bisher überhaupt Anträge Behördenseitig angenommen. Not sure.
Auch Frankfurt am Main hat das Modellprojekt auf den Weg gebracht: Dort sollen registrierte Probandinnen und Probanden fünf Jahre lang in eigens errichteten Fachgeschäften legal [...] kaufen können.
Bitte sag mir nicht, dass es erst nach 5 Jahren Test dann weiter geht. Aber ich denke es wird so oder so mindestens 3 Jahre dauern bis die Ergebnisse aus Hannover vorliegen, dann die Meldung an die EU zur Änderung der Richtlinien, dann die Debatten und Anträge... wir schauen wahrscheinlich ohnehin auf mindestens 5 Jahre bis jeder legal kaufen kann. Eher 6-7 Jahre bis es durch die EU durch ist. Strassen-Dealer können beruhigt aufatmen - Ätzend. Wer in den nächsten 3 Jahren legal beschaffen will wird nicht am eigenen Anbau vorbei kommen.

As far as I understood it in the last 20 years, it is only legal tender for debt facing the goverment. No private business has to accept cash. They do not have to accept cards either. If they wish, they could demand payments only in acorns or bottle caps if they wanted to. Only govermental Institutes (eg. for taxes, fines, etc.) have to always accept cash so you can always free yourself from outstanding debits without needing a bank account as bank wiring or credit cards are a private 3rd party business that can not be guaranteed for every citizen (as banks can arbitrary decline service to people).
