I find Lemmy much more helpful and pleasant to use than Reddit. If that makes it hipster Reddit then I'm all for it!

As others have said, it's a war of attrition. There's no end in sight. As it stands, we can only speculate on who is winning. Russia have so far failed to make any significant gains, and Ukraine have so far failed to push the Russians out.
It's a bit like the stalemates of trench warfare in WW1. Something will have to give eventually.
A panic attack I had about 5 years ago. I was walking to my car and just froze once I was about 30 ft away. I couldn't move, I was just freaking out. Had to call my dad to come get me and physically help me walk to the car then drive me home.
Never been so terrified in my life, and I wasn't in any danger. I was left genuinely traumatised by that 20 or so minutes that I was waiting for my dad.
I've always got panic attacks but that particular one was so bad that I've struggled to recover from it. I'm still suffering from some agoraphobia as a result.
Looks like it's going to take another 13 years for people to stop making these stupid, unhelpful comments
That's just a regular bug lad
A near 20 year old guide on installing Firefox, now that is cool. You have been doing the lord's work for many years. Fistbump
EA, Ubisoft, Activision/Blizzard, Netflix and any streaming service, LG
I bought a Seagate external hard drive a few years back and it shit itself within the first few months. That was it for me with Seagate.
Now I have a western digital one instead and it's much better.
Same. It wouldn't make us good people worthy of respect and admiration, but it would make us rich.
Yeah "Live photo" really is just an Apple marketing term. You interact with them in a certain way on iOS and they are presented in a certain way, but anywhere else they're just very short videos.
I can't get that "Illegals in my yard" song out of my head after hearing it earlier.
