My best hyptothesis is that in the center of each of those disks a hole may have been or still is through which pond water is wicking upwards and melting the snow in a circular fashion before freezing and coming to a halt. Hence the almost perfect circular shape and the weird lighter color in the center ... notice the crack in the center of the disk in the foreground?

How would you implement blocking at the invidual level, i take it you mean it to be content category based?

Freedom of speech is not the same as freedom from consequences for your speech.

It is when it comes to the consequence being not being able to speak. if my speech has at its consequence that it pisses off people in power in a group then freedom of speech means that they wont stifle my speech when it threatens their power or is deemed undesirable for other than rule breaking reasons.

What i mean like the jury system were 12 random users for example might be picked and then they get to vote on a case.

This might be a bit of an odd one: I am a great shroom enthusiast. On my trip I 'saw' an entity that looked like something described in aleister crowley's writings. I didn't read his writings at the time. Searching up on google it yielded and excerpt that goes somewhat as follows, I am asking for your help to identify the work in which the passage is found:

description of a pyramid with an eye for a capstone and (iirc) made out of light and in a dark realm/room and aleister crowley then went on to say that the thing itself is only a distraction to prevent you from looking at what is beneath it or what it's lower half looks like.

I know this is a weird one but please humor me. I know there is at least one of you who is familiar with all of his writings and can point me in the right direction.

If google search still worked I'd find it myself.

Many of you have either been trick or treating themselves or have leftover candy from handing it out for halloween.

How do you keep from eating all available candy in one go?

How do you portion out just one serving size of potato crisp and then let the rest of the bunch survive long enough to see dawn? How do you do it?
