Oh yeah, isn’t there an Adderall shortage right now?
The dude probably just isn’t cranked up on his normal level of amphetamines.
I bet he keeps falling asleep, gets even fatter, and is even less capable of following his own thoughts as the Adderall drought continues.
What a great time for him to be on criminal trial…
This is pretty funny but realistically, even with the shortage, he is still getting his. I myself have to take it and I’ve had zero issues getting it. He is certainly on the top of the list of those receiving it.
Adderall is being generous, this dude is probably shoveling pills and uppers every morning. You don’t just make court appearances and then rally every day of the week at 80 years old without either being in good shape or being on a long list of stimulants.

Using one of the insults Trump commonly hurled at others: he's a very low-energy criminal defendant.
"Don't you think he looks...tired?"
This whole sequence in the show is just fascinatingly English. That sentence wouldn't do anything in any other country but it's a death sentence in British politics, especially for a woman. The entire country is just a bunch of Mean Girls.

You can always tell what trump is insecure about. He projects all of his faults on to others. They bother him and as a result he considers his faults the worse thing he can say about someone else.

Whatever distracts his base from the actual contents of the trial is a good thing for him.

The Trump campaign later vehemently denied rumours of the former president’s brief courtroom nap, saying in a statement: “This is 100% Fake News coming from ‘journalists’ who weren’t even in the court room.”
