When I was working night shift (until very recently), I worked 6pm-6am and I would wake up around 1pm. Then after work I'd immediately go to sleep. I kind of preferred it tbh. I didn't get as much dread about waking up and going to work when I had 4 hours of free time first.
However I only sleep 6 hours I'm sure that's not great.
Oh then it hits even harder!
Oh there is no worse shift. I feel you.
Such my fucking mood right now. Last half of the last day of the holiday weekend was ass, and sleep was absolute ass, as if the world conspired to ensure I could not be allowed to start the week with a good night's rest.
As a result, after several interruptions, have been awake since long before my alarm went off, and just sitting here with a black cloud over my head. In precious few minutes, the weekly grind will begin.
