I can't imagine a non-creepy interpretation of the name. Yuck
Bad translation for a tea house, "Little Darjeelings" where everyone uses demitasse cups.

I got 86'd from this place in my twenties for getting a handjob. Psh. She offered. I like to think that maybe the young lady lost her job and that handjob is the reason she went back to school.
This place was skeevy as fuck (even by strip club standards) when I was there about 10 years back. One of the girls legit seemed to be having a mental episode and wasn't making sense, claimed she knew me, and kept trying to talk to me. I left the club entirely after about 25 minutes.
I was there in the 90s for a bachelor party. I can assure you it was skeevy then too. I think I got black lung from the amount of cigarette smoke in the air inside.
