It seems weird that they describe PR as vulnerable to fringe parties when we've got front row seats for two party FPTP allowing fascists to get all the power...

The title is a bit misleading based on his quote in the video.

You're right, that is in the video description. The actual video shows Trudeau talking about it though and he doesn't say it's his biggest regret. He does say "I do wish we had been able to change the way we elect our governments in this country..." That is different than saying"My biggest regret is not changing the way we elect our governments in this country..."

Unfortunately.... probably not fast enough for the upcoming election.....
