In case anyone is curious, most of these appear to be the tarantula Avicularia avicularia. Common name is, appropriately, the pinktoe tarantula.

Some of those 9 are in the background/blurry, not really "featured" in the picture.

Jumping spiders are easily the cutest Arthropods out there. They are super intelligent and exhibit object permanence.

I once startled a Bold Jumping Spider while doing garden work. It hid behind a plank of wood - and peaked out once in a while to check if I'm still there

That's fascinating. Knowing me I'd probably spend extra time in the garden just observing the little critter. Like dammit he's got me invested now! Lol

Because those ones are

...masters at hiding their true evil intentions.

The issue is they have too many paws.

That’s like ????prove there is no god????

[–] [email protected] 1 points 22 hours ago

God had nothing to do with spiders (:

In fact they've been absent for quite a bit, left to buy milk and uh, y'know

Coughs

[–] [email protected] 14 points 2 days ago

They don't look sharp. That's actually pretty fascinating, the variety of claws and hooks to use for webs and such.

Spiders have toe beans, especially jumping spiders and tarantulas

No! Stop it! Bad Ickplant!
