It's obviously someone drowning at close to the absolute value of O.
Or is it stating that lol is similar to "call 911" when ou see someone drowning? Hum... I guess it's not so obvious.

I have a friend who thinks LOL means "lots of love" and uses it as a generic signoff.
Had to reread it several times when he wrote "Mother in law died yesterday LOL".
He meant what he said and he said what he meant.
I read it that way, and then "lots of laughs" for years. I had to consciously force myself to read it for what it actually means.
When I was getting serious about photography I started seeing the world as a series of reflected lights, and shades. It was honestly kind of trippy. Anything you do a lot creeps into your psyche.
It's obviously a head shot of a person holding their hands in the air like they just don't care.
That's a dinner sign tho.
Sounds more like a font that makes the characters ambiguous.

Not sure what the font is, but looks more likely to be upper O.
I find it comforting. I'm pretty sure -0 is false vacuum decay.
