I had to look up what this was (I'm from the Midwest). It sounds incredible and I felt my arteries hardening up just looking at the picture! I can't wait to try it!

This is the dish I base my judgement of Hawaiian restaurants on.

When you visit Hawaii, get it. Go all in on Hawaiian food. It's the best!

Get some chicken katsu at Zippy's with two scoops rice one scoop Mac salad, then Leonard's for some malasadas.

L&L barbeque is good too. The SPAM music is nice. Or if you're feeling a little fancier, Helena's is great.

Hardest part about moving away from Hawaii is not being able to grab a Spam Musubi from 7/11
