I left Optus the moment they hired Gladys. They didn't even wait until her investigation for corruption ended before hiring her.
Just really speaks volumes about the shady crap that happens there. I can't trust them with basics like even telling the public if data gets compromised
It was noticeable on Wednesday that our usual WOFTAM customers didn’t bother us. We were all geared up to do 5 days worth of work after a 4 day weekend, and it was actually quite sane.
Customers that did call on Wednesday were all organised, intelligent and spoke clearly and concisely.
The customers that usually have a terrible phone connection, have difficult to understand accents and don’t have all the information ready when they call didn’t bother us until Thursday…
It may be a coincidence, it may be that Optus attracts a certain type of customer…
