[Question] Parallels Toolbox (Mac): Useful or Bloatware? (beehaw.org)

I have run Parallels for several years (mostly to do yearly business taxes), and I have resisted installing the Parallels Toolbox because I am wary of such things.

Nonetheless, I am curious about it and was wanting to know if anyone actually uses (and likes, or hates) it?
